第１回 Neo Renaissance Thursday

新年あけましておめでとうございます。今年もよろしくお願いいたします。
明けたということでこの時期、凍てつく冷風を砂つぶてのように浴びながらも(浴びていない場合も含めて)、つまりは風切音以外は何も聞こえないというこの上州空っ風の真ん中あたりに立ち尽くし、絶妙な出来立ての焼きまんじゅうに見事かじりつく、というこの土地独特の古くから伝わる習わし(であるかどうかはともかくとして)について深く吟味しているという方もおられるかもしれません、わね。
あるいは、明けたということでこの時期、通常はあり得ない場面にて魔法のように冷めない缶コーヒーというものをご購入された御一行様がおられたかもしれませんわ。
あるいは、明けたということでこの時期、おのずと指先から情念がほとばしっているのをにわかに感じることができるようになっていることに気がつき始めている頃かもしれません。そのような場面にてダントツに必要となってくるのが、どのような大福の中に、いったい何のフルーツが入っているのか、なわけなのよ。というこのことさえしっかり把握しておられるようであるならば、あのご高名なポールマッカートニーさんのお人柄にもう少しだけ近づくことができるでしょう、とお考えになる方もおられるかもしれませんわ。
さて、発表が遅れに遅れてしまっているトチカガミのニューアルバム『 コクとキレとトチカガミと 』なのですが、
曲目の数も揃いまして、ようやく残り２〜３曲というところまで仕上がってまいりました。
ジャケット案に関しましては、構成の再編に伴い、いよいよ重いレンズを肩に乗せた状態から腰を上げようとしているところです。
ですから、実際のところまだもうちょっとニューアルバムの発表には時間がかかりそう、ということであるわけなのでございます。
そんなわけでありまして、今回はやがて発表されるであろうアルバム全楽曲の中から、わりと新そばに近い、「いやまてよ、これはうどんだ、しかも手打ちではない、手延べである、いやしかし、ここにあるお茶に限っては明らかに韃靼蕎麦茶であるからしておおよその答えは明白である」というような確固たる自信がみなぎりそうになる、そんないくつかの作品を今夜だけひっそりと控えめにいつの間にかお届けすることといたしましょう。

3,と4,は完成した順番は逆です。似た傾向の作品が他にも幾つか完成しています。
5,では過去にyoutubeにアップした３つのアクロスティックをインストゥルメンタル化した作品となっています。
とりあえず、いずれ発表されるであろうニューアルバムのとある一部分を一緒に聴き込んでいってみましょう。

Happy New Year to you all. I look forward to working with you again this year.
At this time of the year because of the dawn of the new year, some of you may be deeply examining the folklore (a bit of a joke) of the name of eating freshly baked manjuu (steamed buns) while standing in the middle of this gust of wind with nothing to hear but the sound of the wind cutting, in other words, while being bathed in the freezing cold wind like grains of sand.
Or maybe,
With the dawn of the new year, some of you may have purchased a can of coffee that magically stays cold in a situation that is not usually possible at this time of year.
Or maybe
You may have started to notice that you can suddenly feel the emotions flowing out of your fingertips at this time of the year. In such a situation, the most necessary thing is “What kind of Daifuku is it, and what kind of fruit does it contain?. You may be thinking that if you have a firm grasp of this, you will be able to get a little closer to the personality of the famous Paul McCartney.
Now, the announcement of the new Tochikagami album “KOKU-AND-KIRE-AND-TOCHIKAGAMI-AND” has been delayed for some time now.
The songs have been written, and there are only a few songs left.
As for the cover design, I’m just about to raise the heavy lens on my shoulders as I reorganize the composition.
So, in reality, it will take a little more time before we can announce the new album.
So, I’m going to casually share with you some of the songs from my upcoming album, just for tonight. I hope you’ll join me for some ekisoba (buckwheat noodles at the station). Let’s have some vegetable tempura on top.
